Things Go A Bit Uncut For A Plague Tale: Innocence

A Plague Tale: Innocence

New gameplay for A Plague Tale: Innocence is here in an uncut form to give us a look at one of the levels we will experience in A Plague Tale

May 14th no longer seems like it is that far off, but to help with that wait for A Plague Tale: Innocence we have some new gameplay to look at. As if we have not had a plethora of it all in the past few months and week. I will not scoff at Asobo Studio for giving us all more to go on. More so when it is fully uncut gameplay in its rawest form to further show off A Plague Tale. That is what we have to look at here and it dives into quite a few of the gameplay mechanics we will need to mast to help Amicia and Hugo make it to the end of their journey in the game. At least if that is your goal when it comes to this title.

Just as we have seen before, we have more of the stealth gameplay for A Plague Tale to take in. That should have been something easy to assume for it all. We also have a look at just how the crafting will work in the game too as it has only been glossed over a little bit in the past. It is nothing too extreme or in-depth, but it is something more to look at. More or less, it will have us walking around and collecting small things to real-time craft before using them. Have a look at all of that in action for A Plague Tale just below and get further excited for the game to finally drop on us in a few weeks.

A Plague Tale: Innocence — Uncut Gameplay

Asobo Studio’s debut new IP, A Plague Tale: Innocence, premieres on May 14, taking you on an adventure through medieval, wartorn and plague-ridden France with siblings Amicia and Hugo. A new gameplay trailer showcases world-first footage of a brand new level, showing off a little more of what the game has to offer — careful use of the environment, puzzle-solving, and how light, darkness, and the rats are friend and foe in tandem. Amicia must make it to the University, past the Inquisition’s worst and through a town racked with chaos — all to find a glimmer of safety in this dark, brutal world.

This is just a taste of everything that awaits in the full-game, where your wits, your ability to explore, Amicia’s crafting skills, and her partnership with Hugo are all that will keep the pair alive. Hugo is not your own companion on this adventure, with those orphaned by the war and the sickness banding together to try to survive — will everyone manage to see the light of day once again?
