The release date for Vampire: The Masquerade — Shadows Of New York is now set with this next chapter for Vampire: The Masquerade coming in September
Before now, we had a very loose date range to look at for Vampire: The Masquerade — Shadows Of New York to launch for the PC, Xbox One, PS4, and Switch. Originally, Draw Distance gave us all a range of Fall of 2020 which gave us a huge range and some time to speculate. Normally that also means we would have seen it launch near the end of the window. That is not the case here for this Vampire story with the launch date set down for September 10th of this year. Quite a bit sooner than any of us would have thought and I know I will always take that as long as the game is fully complete.
Sadly, there is not much else to go on for the game here besides what we have had already. The only visual aid that came along with this announcement was a very short clip with some basic Vampire imagery mixed in. Not that this game would have a whole lot of explosive gameplay to take in like others as this one is another visual novel game. Sure, we will see some things from Vampire: The Masquerade mixed in to the visuals and the basic tabletop rules to guide the story. It would have just been nice to have something a bit more for the various characters we will see and play in the game. We will get to see it all in a few weeks, though.
