A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of #videogames on the site this week
There we go with the week ending on a high note for all of our video games out there. Not just because we were finally able to get our review of #PeopleOfNote out to you all, but we had some other big news drop along the way. Like the fact that #Metro2039 is on the way to us all, and that #AtomicHeart has its final DLC out there before heading into the sequel. All of that, and #CinemaCon also gave us a solid look at the upcoming #StreetFightermovie that looks like it will be taking us back to the roots of the video games. Not too shabby of a week, and we still had more to come on top of all of that fun. Some that will have to wait until we have more time in the future weeks to make sure we can bring to you.

We sit down and review People Of Note. A new turn-based RPG with a load of Rhythm added in. Here is our review of #PeopleOfNote.
It is time to get those instruments tuned and vocals warmed up, as People Of Note is out there on the #PS5, #XboxSeriesX|S, #Switch2, and #PC. The latest title that Iridium Studios and Annapurna have placed out there to get us all a little more musically inclined. Well, at least a little bit, as this turn-based RPG leans into the realms of music in so many ways. Bot in the setting of People Of Note, along with some fun rhythm-based mechanics mixed into the title. It does sound off, and we are here with our #review of the gameplay to let you all know if it works out. It is time to let the stanza play out and see if this is going to be a title that will bring more musical light. If anything, give us a new way to experience a classic style of gaming.

Learn all that you need to know for Directive 8020 before we see #Directive8020 land on all of the platforms in a few weeks
The time to lift off for Directive 8020 is getting closer and closer, so we need to know what we are all going to be getting ourselves into when May 12th gets here. Not that Supermassive Games has not been great about offering those details up to now, but it is always nice to get a refresher. You will not want to load the game up on the #PS5, #XboxSeriesX|S, or #PC without all of that knowledge. Hence, why we are back with one more look at Directive 8020 with something that will tell us everything we need to know about the game before then. At least in terms of the gameplay and features, and not much more on the story. That we will still need to play out when the game fully launches, if you are not watching someone else play it for you. #TheDarkPictures

The world of Metro is finally on its way back, with the first reveal and look at the upcoming #Metro2039
True to the word, we have the full reveal and first looks at Metro 2039 after that nice little tease 4A Games gave us at the beginning of the week. Not only all of that, but we have some gameplay and a solid feel for where the title is going. It looks as if #Metro 2039 is going to head back into the darkness we all knew from the start, but in a way that is more a reflection of the real-world issues going on and how choices in life can lead to these dark places. That is more of the meta side of things, but I am guessing that Deep Silver will also want you to see just where the game is going to go when it launches this Winter on the #PS5, #XboxSeriesX|S, and #PC. That is where the rest of the reveals come in with this first look at the game.

The final DLC for Atomic Heart is here, and we can see how the story of #AtomicHeart is going to wrap before the sequel
The time has come, and the story of Atomic Heart is coming to an end on the PS4, #PS5, Xbox One, #XboxSeriesX|S, and #PC. It feels as if we have said that before, but I am sure that was just to announce that Mundfish was bringing us all the final #DLC for the game. Now, the launch of this DLC is here, and we get to see how it is all going to play out. Even if we have an Atomic Heart 2 to look forward to in the future. So, it is not the truest end to the IP, but just to the story that we have been experiencing over the last few years. We just need to be hopeful that it ends well, and we do not have much longer to wait until the next one comes out. For now, let us celebrate with one last look at the DLC.

Go behind the scenes with Invincible VS, as we get to see how the animated version of #Invincible is coming to life in the game
Now that the open beta for #InvincibleVS has come to an end, we need a little bit to keep us all going until April 30th when the game full lands on the #PS5, #XboxSeriesX|S, and #PC. At least for those who have been sold on what Skybound and Quarter Up have been working on after getting to test things a bit. This all means that we are hitting the stage where we get to go behind the scenes a bit more with Invincible VS to see how they are taking the game from page, to series, to the video game world out there. Well, more from the animated show to the video game, but that will all become clearer once you head into the back rooms with the team to see how the team did all of that. A look that we have for you just a little bit further down now.

The console release of Necrophosis is set for us, with the #Necrophosis: Full Consciousness edition release date in May
The #PC gamers have had all their time to wander about the #Lovecraftian mythology, and soon the #PS5 and #XboxSeriesX|S gamers will have their shot with the release of Necrophosis: Full Consciousness. A full collection and console version of the game that Dragonis Games and PQube have put together. Not only to give us the core game on the consoles, but to bring the fullest Necrophosis experience there. By that, I mean, we are getting the core game and the DLC for it on May 28th. As long as we have all been able to keep our sanity and lives until that date. It is a little out there still, but we can always start stilling our minds for the insanity well before that date rolls up on us all.
