The Retro Mode for Beneath is out there to keep us all entertained as we go further #Beneath for the season
Just as it was laid out there, Beneath has gone a bit further retro for the holiday season to keep us pulled into our #PS5, #XboxSeriesX|S, or #PC. The new and free mode for the game has been launched out there as a nice little holiday gift from Camel 101. It also gives fans of Beneath a reason to do another run through the game and see if they are as good as they think they are. It might not be so easy to line up shots or spot hidden things when we are working with the visuals from the ’90s here. Part of the point of this new way to play the game. A way that can be done as long as you own a copy and have downloaded the latest update for the game. It really could not be much easier for you to have this blast from the past.

A new gameplay mode for Cronos: The New Dawn is on the way to make sure we can all experience the story of #Cronos
I do not know why, but it feels as if #CronosTheNewDawn launched on the #PS5, #XboxSeriesX|S, #Switch2, and #PC so very long ago. I guess, a matter of months could feel like a long time for anyone out there, but it dropped and Bloober Team added another great success to their list. Sure, some had some complaints about the game, but for the most part, Cronos: The New Dawn was loved. Although there is a good number of fans out there who had issues with the difficulty of the game and the ability to enjoy the story the team was telling. Those voices were loud enough to be heard, as it looks like there is a new game mode on the way to the game in 2026 that will address all of those issues.

The gameplay for They Will Come is finally out there so we have a better idea of the exploration #TheyWillCome will offer
The announcement for They Will Come does not feel like it was that long ago, and here we are with a look at the gameplay that we can expect in the game. I am not sure why Game Pop just did not wait a little bit longer to hit us with all of the news at one time, but here we are with another #PC title to look forward to as we head into the new year. Although you will need to be into those adventure puzzle games that will keep us hiding from enemies, as They Will Come is another in that view of all of that. Just with more steampunk mixed in, it looks like we will have a few moments where we will get to have some massive automatons fight out there. That could truly shake all of this up and make for a title that stands out from the others we have walking out there now.

A new puzzle game, Mutter, has been announced with #Mutter offering up a fun, artistic style for the gameplay
It certainly feels like we are getting a lot of wandering puzzle games out there lately, and now we have another on the way to us with Mutter. A new title on the #PC from DeadlyCrow Games, with a demo ready for you to play as of right now. Even if there is no current release date for the game, we can have a sample. But why should we take in that sample? All so we can experience the stop-motion style of animation that Mutter is going to have as we explore the world and solve the puzzles within. Along with a very dark story that seems to be in the works as well. The style may not be completely something we haven’t seen before, but the rest of the game might make up for all of that. Stick around to learn a bit more of it all now.

Not only ready, but with Massive Entertainment bringing forth some new enemies and other things for us to experience out there in the world that Ubisoft helped them bring to life. Also, a bit fitting with the new film being Avatar: Fire And Ash, this one is the From The Ashes expansion that was paid for way back when the game originally dropped. Now, let’s have a look at all of the new fun we can partake in after heading out to see the latest film. You know, because it all has to line up in some way…

The open playtest for #WILL: Follow The Light is ready for us all starting at Will’s Lighthouse
The puzzle adventure that is WILL: #FollowTheLight is finally ready for the #PC gamers out there to give it all a bit of a playtest, if you have an hour you wish to kill in the game. That is how much of the game that TomorrowHead Studio is ready to offer up to the growing fans so they can make sure that the game is fully ready for the launch in the first half of 2026 for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Yes, this does also mean that the console games will not have a chance to experience all of this for WILL: Follow The Light early, but that is the state of gaming out there. Most Early Access and demos are on the PC side well before, or exclusively, on that side of the fence. Don’t let that sour you, though, as there is a need to have this title tested and ready for the world.

The final version of Layers Of Fear is out there on the Switch for many more gamers to see the horrors of #LayersOfFear
The holiday season can officially start now, as Layers Of Fear: Final Masterpiece Edition has landed on the #Switch2. A solid little collection of all of the titles and DLC that Bloober Team has out there for the IP, and a solid way to escape the horrors of the season with the horrors of the video game world. Those horrors are, at least, a little easier to handle and navigate. In my opinion, for sure, but I am certain many others have the same feeling. No matter the feeling on it all, you can now download Layers Of Fear on the handheld device to be fully ready to isolate away and use the new features that are going to be on the system.
