A new little slice of Directive 8020 gameplay is here, and we can get a better feel for the non-dialog gameplay for #Directive8020
Even though we are not getting Directive 8020 for #Halloween as originally planned, it does look as if we are getting something to take in for the game during the season and to keep us all going until 2026 when it is slated to hit the #PS5, #XboxSeriesX|S, and #PC. Not that Supermassive Games wasn’t already busy dropping out other titles for us during the season already, but that is a different topic. For now, we will have a look at the fun little tease that we have for Directive 8020, with some exclusive gameplay out there just in time to add some Sci-Fi horror into the season. We are still getting something, even if it is only a very small slice to clue us in on how the game will function when not just selecting dialog options to keep everyone alive.

A demo for Casting Whispers is out there to help pull the rest of us further into the launch of #CastingWhispers
Let’s get ready to listen to the darkness out there, with a new demo for Casting Whispers just ahead of its release on the #PC this October 22nd. A nice little way for Lantern Bay Entertainment to show off their game before seeing if we need another psychological horror title in the first-person category. I mean, when would we ever not need another one in our lives? Especially when we hear that Casting Whispers will be playing with the audio senses more than the usual things that horror video games do out there. As long as we can keep our ears open and utilize those tools available. Not great if you have any of those hearing impairments currently, though. #Halloween

There is a new live-action trailer for The Outer Worlds 2 to help show off the energy it is going to bring over #TheOuterWorlds
October 29th is closing in and we all need to be ready to take off to #TheOuterWorlds2 when it launches on the #PS5, #XboxSeriesX|S, and #PC. A title that we loved when Obsidian Entertainment brought it around the last time, and gave us all a solid look back when E3 was still a thing. Now that #Halloween is almost here and we need to be ready to head out into a silly Sci-Fi title instead of the horror, we have a look at the Big Sequel Energy coming for The Outer Worlds 2. All in the way of getting a… live-action video with a bunch of celebrity cameos along the way… Let’s see if it is going to hold up to the standards we all had from the last title that was out there and before they acquired a new business daddy.

A new demo for REANIMAL is out there to give us a taste of what #REANIMAL will offer out of the #SteamNextFest
No longer will you only get to see REANIMAL through the lens of the basic announcement videos. As of right now, for the #PC gamers looking for a couch co-op game, Tarsier Studios and THQ Nordic have put together a fun new demo for us all to play well before the game launches on the #PS5, #XboxSeriesX|S, #Switch2, and PC. That is still slated for a 2026 release window, so you might want to take advantage of the little peeks we have for REANIMAL now. If you are okay with potentially spoiling some of the fun before you can sit through the whole game. A difficult task, for sure, but one that I know many of us will toil with as the industry keeps on pressing forward with marketing over offering substance.

A new Battlefield is ready for us all, with the launch we have for #Battlefield6 out there
Take up your arms, and head out into the fight with the launch of #Battlefield 6. The other big shooter title that always seems to come back around each year with Battlefield Studios and EA fighting it out with the other on one the #PS5, #XboxSeriesX|S, and #PC. I’m thankful that they spread out the releases as much as they did here, so we can all enjoy what each has to offer up. For now, though, if you are not playing the game as we speak, you need to get hyped up and ready to enter into the world of Battlefield once more. That is what we have here as you wait for your game to finish downloading on your selected platform. Let’s see just what we need to get excited about.

New gameplay for Liminal Point is here, and it shows off how much inspiration #LiminalPoint took from other IPs
The creeps are wandering out there, with some new gameplay for Liminal Point. This is that isometric horror title that we brought up a while ago, with HideWorks driving it all forward onto the #PC. A solid little bit of fun was had back when it was announced, and now, we have a look at some of the actual gameplay for Liminal Point. A solid choice to drop it all right before #Halloween. Even if it will be called out for feeling a bit too much like a few other titles out there. The team took some inspiration from those, but from the gameplay here, it looks like it is only in theme and tone, and not directly the gameplay. Let’s dig into all of that before it is called out further.

The release of Emotionless: The Last Ticket is almost here, with the new release of #Emotionless happening within a few more days
The dark horrors are flowing even more here in time for #Halloween, with the new release date for Emotionless: #TheLastTicket. A title that has been listed as Silent Hill meets Disneyland, with X1 Games giving it a feel of the Backrooms as well. That feels a little all over the place in descriptions, but it still will give us all another horror on the #PC to toil away over during the spooky season. Originally, Emotionless: The Last Ticket was slated for a September release, but that didn’t seem to pan out. Now, those looking to add this to their library can do just that on October 7th. If not that, then head on out to Disneyland in general. Those crowds of humans are scary enough, even if this experience will be significantly cheaper.
